i was at the MSQ branch today, wanting to replace the battery of my Hamilton watch.
the salesgirl, who was from china, didnt even know what Hamilton was.
im sorry i dont know whats the chinese name for Hamilton. but its Hamilton ffs. you work in a watch dealership, i expect you to know your brands. not extensive knowledge, but at least the basics of it.
she was totally unapologetic at all. when i said "you prolly dont even know what it is anyway"
she retorted back in an embarrassed yet sarcastic manner and said "yeah i guess so (wo ye zhe me xiang), thats cheena anyway
