new skin, new look.
its so minimalist. in every sense of the word. the skin i mean.
i think its brilliant. of course, i edited it.
otherwise would you think it would be this brilliant?
brilliance aside, its time for a little game of catch up.
shant go back that long, just maybe the past week.
friday was the end of baby's prelims, and we went out for a little date, something which we have not had the luck or opportunity to do so for some time now.
friday was dinner at astons cathay, and then followed by marley & me.
now, dinner at astons was very affordable, and taste wise, value for money.
while marley & me, was very good.
what happened near the end of the show was very heart-wrenching, especially so for a dog owner like myself. im sure there wasnt a dry eye left at the end of the movie. it was so so so so sooooooooo heart wrenching to watch it.
we totally enjoyed ourselves, talking and just enjoying each others' company.
now saturday, was a whole new story, albeit a sad one.
here goes.
went to clarke quay to catch manutd-liverpool on the giant screen and to soak up the atmosphere.
went delirious together with all the other manutd fans when we scored first.
taunted the liverpool side to bits.
suffered the agony of watching them cheer as liverpool then equalised.
suffered the wrath of their taunts as liverpool went ahead.
again.
and again.
it finished 1-4. i was totally shattered.
its like a nightmare, and a very vivid one at that.
i never want to witness such a result ever again.
sunday, madness as the baby and i braved the crowd at the IT Show.
got a bunch of stuff, and my HDD.
500gb for $89, i think i got a good deal there.
suddenly my computer doesn't feel so heavy anymore..
credit to the baby, she was so brave.
wednesday, volunteered as a caretaker at the national museum.
though it wasnt much of a big deal, im glad i contributed.
and what else?
watchmen with the baby,
a good movie, though baby didn't really understand it.
i like rorschach. but i didnt like the way he died.
so undeserving.
friday, today.
a simple dinner, and a walkabout with the baby.
though i could have used with more time, im contented.
thanks baby.
speaking of which, im half a year in. 1 1/2 years to go. its passing quickly.. and that's great..
that's all for now, i'll try to make regular updates again,
but if i do not, please be understanding,
for sometimes i get really beat after a really long day.
